• Our warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors such as water or fire damage.

• The warranty will be void if the Ugreen.lk Official Store warranty sticker is removed or illegible. Customers must bring the physical purchase invoice to claim the warranty.

2. Warranty Process

• Processing Time: Warranty claims may take up to 3–7 working days for evaluation and processing.
• Products must be returned with the original box and all included accessories.

3. Resolution Options for Defective Products

• Repair: If the issue is minor, we may offer to repair the product.
• Replacement: In case of a major defect, we will replace the product with a new one.
• Credit Note: A credit note may be issued for future purchases if a replacement is not possible.

4. Non-Warranty Situations

• Physical damages, water damage, cosmetic damage, incorrect usage, or any other damages not related to manufacturing defects will not be covered under the warranty.

Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
• Refunds or exchanges are only processed in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product is found to be faulty after an inspection by our technical team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Returns or exchanges will not be processed for: Change of mind. / Incorrect purchase of the wrong device or color.
• Management decisions on such matters are final.

3. Shipping and Returns

• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to the warranty claim process.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items for warranty processing.

4. Collection of Replacements

• If your product is exchanged, you must collect the replacement within one month from the date the defective product was returned.
• Replacements will not be issued if the collection period exceeds one month.
